This error 0x800B0004 means "TRUST E SUBJECT NOT TRUSTED". That is, cannot trust in the subject when doing the action.
1) When we are prompted to install a certificate from Microsoft, do it.
2) If it has not solved, run Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > Security, highlight Internet, and choose Medium in "Security level for this zone". Close Internet Explorer, open it again and go to Windows Update.
3) If it has not solved, run Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options and click on Delete files. Go then to
Windows Update.
4) If it has not solved, Start > Run and type in this lines and hit ENTER key after each one:
net start cryptsvc net stop wuauserv regsvr32 softpub.dll regsvr32 wintrust.dll regsvr32 initpki.dll regsvr32 dssenh.dll regsvr32 rsaenh.dll regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll regsvr32 sccbase.dll regsvr32 slbcsp.dll regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll net start wuauserv
Restart Windows and go to Windows Update.
FOOTNOTE: the dll's files of the fourth suggestion can be registered in an automatic way by downloading and clicking twice on this file.
