This error 0x801901F8 means: "BG E HTTP ERROR 504". That is, we get and 504 error when communicating between the server. Usually, this error means a bad reception of data from the server.

Start> Run and type in regsvr32
msxml.dll
Go to Windows Update again.
Suggestion Two:
Start> Run and type in these lines.
Be sure to hit ENTER key after each one:
proxycfg -d
proxycfg -u
If you do not use any proxy, write again: proxycfg -d
Reboot Windows and go to Windows Update.
