Reboot Windows and go to Windows Update again.

Please help me. I have received and error message saying the website has encountered problems and it gives the error message. I did as you said and it did not work. I am very new at this. Please tell me why my computer will not let me look at my hard drive C. Saying it is crutial not to open this folder? I wanted to do the next step that you recommended because the first ones did not work on RUN.
