Open Internet Explorer and then Tools > Internet Options >
Advanced and
 uncheck the box "Use HTTP
1.1",
check the box "Use http 1.1 through proxy
connections"

Go to
Windows Update again.
If the issue does not get fixed, check both boxes and go
to Windows Update

Buenas, el error que os da es por el antivirus. Los que tengais Panda, en cualquiera de sus versiones desde el 2004 trae este defecto.
Se soluciona con un parche que te puedes bajar de panda dentro del area de soporte, te bajas el ejecutable lo instalas y ya te deja actualizar.
Para los que no tengais el panda y os de este problema iros al centro de soporte de vuestro antivirus aunque creo que el problema solo lo da panda.
Ya me direis si se os soluciona.
