This error 0x80070070 means: "ERROR DISK FULL". That is, there is not enough free space on the disk.
This issue is rather exact: your amount of free space
on the drive you are going to setup the updates is small. To free up
space go to Control Panel, Add or remove programs or open Internet Explorer, General tab, Delete files button,
also check Delete all offline content.
