This error 0x800703E7 means, ERROR_SWAPERROR, that is, our harddisk is damaged or have sectors faults,
The first step that we must take is check our HD. To do it, in start menu > run, type "cmd" (without quotes) and in the command prompt type:
chkdsk /f /r
Type in chkdsk/f/r
Click enter, you'll see " Chkdsk cannot run because Volume is in use, would you like to schedule it to be run when system restarts
Click Y for yes, exit Command Prompt, restart computer.
